Terms, written plainly
By using this website or joining a RuleRadar waitlist, you agree to the basics below. These terms cover the waitlist and early-access stage; full service terms will be published before either product starts charging anyone.
What RuleRadar is
RuleRadar offers two tools: rule-change and permit-deadline alerts for short-term-rental hosts, and AI-content disclosure labels for Shopify stores. Both are information tools. Neither one is legal advice, and using either one does not make you compliant with any law, ordinance, or platform rule — you’re still responsible for checking the official rules that apply to you.
Alerts are best-effort
We work to track rule changes carefully and send alerts in good time, but governments publish changes in messy ways and mistakes can happen. Don’t treat an alert — or the absence of one — as a guarantee. If a deadline matters to your income, confirm it with your city or your platform as well.
Waitlist and early access
Joining a waitlist doesn’t guarantee a spot, a launch date, or a particular price, though we’ve stated the Hosts launch price we’re planning ($19/mo) and intend to honour it for waitlist members. Early-access features may change before the full launch based on what early users tell us.
Fair use
Don’t use this site to send spam through its forms, try to break into it, or copy the service wholesale. If that happens, we can remove access — that’s the whole enforcement policy, and it’s aimed at abuse, not at ordinary users.
If something goes wrong
The service is provided as-is during the waitlist and early-access stage. If we ever fail you, tell us at support@livearoundme.com first — we’d rather fix it than argue about it.
